Terms of Service

1. About RaffleKlub

RaffleKlub is a membership, offers, and raffle-campaign platform operated by RaffleTech in the United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

3. Memberships

• Free and paid membership tiers determine which offers you can access.
• Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Offers & coupons

• Offers are provided by partner vendors (or by RaffleKlub) and are subject to their stated validity dates, redemption caps, and outlet availability.
• Coupons and QR codes are for personal use, may be redeemed once unless stated otherwise, and must not be resold or transferred.
• The vendor is responsible for honouring the underlying product or service; RaffleKlub facilitates discovery and redemption.

5. Raffle campaigns

• Raffle campaigns shown on RaffleKlub are operated by RaffleTech and its partners, and are governed by the rules published for each campaign, including any government permits applicable in the UAE.
• Invoice submissions are verified before coupons are issued; entries that fail verification may be declined.
• Winners are determined per the rules of the specific campaign.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform — including attempting to manipulate redemptions or raffle entries, submitting falsified invoices, scraping, or interfering with the service's operation.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaffleKlub and RaffleTech are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of partner vendors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify the service or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
