1. Who we are

RaffleKlub ("we", "us") is a membership, offers, and raffle-campaign platform operated by RaffleTech, serving customers in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use raffleklub.raffle-tech.com and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, phone number, and emirate, provided when you sign up or complete onboarding. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Offer & coupon activity — the offers you view, QR codes you generate, and coupons you redeem (including the outlet and time of redemption).
• Campaign participation — when you take part in a raffle campaign, your email is used to look up your entries and coupons with the campaign operator (RaffleTech).
• Payment data — if you purchase a paid membership, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you.

3. How we use your data

• To operate your account, membership, and coupon redemptions.
• To show you offers you are eligible for based on your membership tier.
• To track your raffle-campaign entries and issue coupons.
• To send service emails (signup confirmation, password reset).
• To improve the product through aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers — Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in & analytics), SendGrid (email delivery), Stripe (payments), and RaffleTech (campaign operations).
• Vendors — when you redeem a coupon at a partner outlet, the vendor sees the redemption details needed to honour the offer (not your full profile).
• Legal — where required by applicable UAE law or a lawful request by authorities.

5. Data retention & security

We keep your account data while your account is active. Redemption records are retained as part of our audit trail. Data is stored with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at raffletech@raffle-tech.com. Deleting your account removes your profile; redemption records may be retained where the law requires.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are essential for signing you in and keeping your session active, plus Google Analytics cookies for usage measurement.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above.
